About the role

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Stores team in Miami. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless functioning of warehouse operations, maintaining exemplary standards of customer service, and providing effective leadership and support to your team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and prioritise warehouse functions
• Handle ad hoc queries and provide support to team members
• Manage customer inquiries, orders, and shipments
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain documentation
• Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatching of materials
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage material movement requests
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
• Perform tasks as needed and supervise team members
• Manage day-to-day functions in the absence of the Manager

You will ideally need the following:

• Practical interest in aviation and engineering
• Relevant aerospace industry experience, ideally in Stores or Logistics
• Strong organisational skills and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Full driving license
• Ability to manage and supervise staff
• Adaptability to change and shifting focus
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of Quantum Inventory system beneficial
• Forklift truck license advantage
• Hazardous Goods in transit certificate is a plus
• Familiarity with Hazardous Materials Shipping and Handling procedures desirable
