About the role
Due to exceptional and continued growth, AerFin is seeking to strengthen its sales team in Singapore. The Senior Sales Executive will manage daily sales and customer service tasks and build strong relationships with customers and vendors. If you excel at building relationships and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
The role will be primarily office based with occasional international travel for liaison with airlines, external suppliers and customers as may be required.
What you'll be doing:
- Process and respond to RFQs for services, parts, and components.
- Locate components when zero stock at AerFin, negotiate prices and terms.
- Present component specifications for customer approval.
- Provide market intelligence and monitor cost model accuracy.
- Negotiate purchase prices and payment terms
- Process purchase orders, track sales revenue and targets.
- Monitor the marketplace for sales opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and customers, prepare proposals and presentations.
- Attend periodic visits to major customers or trade shows.

What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 5yrs relevant experience in Aftermarket sales, with a strong emphasis on Engine Components sales.
- Degree level qualification with an understanding Engine architectures, Engine MRO processes (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) and aftermarket dynamics.
- Product knowledge for the CFM56 Family would be an advantage.
- Strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent planning, organisational, time management, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin, or Japanese are desirable
- Familiarity with Quantum Control ERP system desirable
- Knowledge of EASA 145 and airworthiness record-keeping (training provided).
