About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in supporting the smooth operation of our Supply Chain function, ensuring accurate data management, effective communication, and collaborative workflow across departments.
This could be a great opportunity for a graduate, someone early in their career, or anyone with administrative experience who enjoys working with data, thrives in a fast-paced team, and is looking to grow their skills within a global business in the aviation aftermarket industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the shared Repairs inbox, ensuring all queries, quotations, and updates are promptly directed to the appropriate team member.
- Assist in gathering and recording market intelligence, including Fair Market Values (FMV) and repair cap data, to support pricing analysis and commercial decisions.
- Accurately update internal systems (Quantum) with vendor pricing and turnaround times, ensuring data integrity.
- Support the preparation and raising of repair orders in line with company procedures.
- Provide administrative support for departmental projects, including paperwork collation and data gathering for reporting.
- Track the status of items under repair and maintain up-to-date dashboards and trackers.
- Take ownership of inventory hold contacts and coordinate timely resolution.
- Ensure vendor documentation (quotes, certificates, approvals) is filed correctly and consistently, following internal procedures.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Carry out various administrative tasks to support the wider team and contribute to continuous process improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in data entry and working with internal systems
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or operations support role is desirable
- Passion for the aviation aftermarket industry is a massive plus
