About the role
Due to continued and exceptional growth, AerFin is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join the team.
The Senior Sales Manager will lead the day-to-day ILS sales and customer service functions, managing and developing a high-performing team responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers and vendors. In this role, you will play a key role in delivering AerFin’s global sales strategy, ensuring alignment with company policies, and supporting the ongoing expansion of the business across the Americas region.
The position is primarily office-based, with occasional travel required to engage with airline customers, external suppliers, and key partners.
What you’ll do:
Direct, supervise, and develop a regional sales and support team, setting performance objectives and providing ongoing training and guidance.
Allocate resources, establish work priorities, and evaluate staff performance in line with company goals.
Train Americas Staff across all modules of Quantum Control to ensure full operational proficiency
Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with AerFin’s global growth objectives.
Review and approve major customer proposals, pricing structures, and key contractual terms.
Oversee negotiations with vendors and customers, including high-value or strategic agreements.
Analyze regional market trends and provide executive recommendations to refine AerFin’s global cost models and sales forecasts.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with strong understanding of aviation MRO and aftermarket dynamics.
Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience within aerospace aftermarket sales.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver on strategic objectives.
Strong executive-level communication, customer relationship, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding regional or global sales targets.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across AerFin’s global leadership team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Proficiency in Quantum Control.
