About the role
We’re looking for an experienced, proactive, and operational Senior People Partner to join our People Team at AerFin. This is a hands-on, high-impact role, working closely with leaders and teams to deliver meaningful people initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic and fast-growing business.

You’ll work on varied projects, influence change, and make a real impact. If you thrive in a role where no two days are the same and you love adding value, we’d love to hear from you.
