About the role
We are looking for a CFM Supply Chain Coordinator to support the day-to-day activities of the Supply Chain team, focusing on developing commercial and technical expertise within our CFM product line. In this role, you will work on engine teardowns, obtain vendor quotes, initiate repairs, make purchasing recommendations, and oversee global distribution.

What You'll Be Doing:
Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Supply Chain team.
Enter and maintain accurate data within internal systems (Quantum).
Support engine teardown projects.
Assist with sourcing pricing, availability and condition information for components.
Help prepare valuations and support product line analysis.
Assist with monthly reporting and data analysis.
Evaluate purchasing needs and execute purchasing strategies to meet product line budgets.
Assist in setting fair market values for components, aligning with market changes.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to inventory levels, supply chain disruptions, or market fluctuations affecting the product line.
Support modification reviews to help maximise the value and usability of inventory.
Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors and internal teams.
Support repair vendor executives with expediting repair orders as required.
What You'll Ideally Bring:
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering or similar
Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel)
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
A positive, team-focused mindset
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
No prior aviation experience is required, but an interest in the aviation industry would be advantageous.
