About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Repair Coordinator to join our small, dynamic team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of Stock Repairs and Customer Repairs. Additionally, you will support our customer base and wider business with technical backup and status updates.

Responsibilities:
Ensure repair orders are raised as needed and progress them through completion, updating Quantum accordingly.
Log, review, approve, and negotiate quotes within set budgets.
Effective identification and prioritisation of critical repairs.
Identify opportunities to maximise component value including through modifications, PMA/DER and flat rate pricing schemes.
Keep the company system and associated spreadsheets current with the status of repairs.
Performing to KPI’s.
Collaborate with AerFin’s sales team regarding component status and customer order requirements.
Monitor and review vendor performance.
Assist the wider business with repair queries, including modifications, turn times, costings, and interchangeability.
Obtain pricing from MRO workshops for items needing repair.
Oversee and manage warranty repairs.
Provide status updates for customer-managed repairs.
Quote customers for repairs, overhauls, and modifications.
You will ideally need the following:
A strong interest in aviation and engineering.
Relevant experience in the aerospace industry, ideally with a stockist, MRO provider, or workshop.
Eagerness and enthusiasm to acquire new knowledge and skills.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Capability to work under pressure and handle large volumes of work efficiently.
Highly organised and efficient in managing tasks and priorities.
Experience using Quantum software is desirable
