About the Role

This is a high‑impact leadership position overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cashflow, Banking and, in future, Payroll. Alongside running robust day‑to‑day operations, you will drive process redesign, automation, and system improvements as we implement a new ERP/finance system.

What You’ll Lead

• End‑to‑end AP & AR operations, ensuring accuracy, control and efficiency

• Cashflow forecasting, liquidity monitoring and working‑capital insight

• Daily banking operations, payment governance and treasury support

• Finance‑system transformation: process mapping, data cleansing, UAT, and go‑live stabilisation

• Future transition and leadership of the Payroll function

• Transactional month‑end close activities and audit support

• Development of a high‑performing AP, AR and payroll team

What You’ll Bring

• Senior experience leading AP/AR or transactional finance operations

• Strong knowledge of financial controls, cashflow, treasury and banking processes

• Demonstrated experience in finance transformation or ERP/system implementation

• Ability to redesign processes, improve automation and enhance control

• Excellent stakeholder management and people‑leadership skills

• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) preferred
